ORDER TERMS

FLOWER LOVERS, before placing an order with Floral Anarchy, we request you carefully read the below terms as these are accepted by the customer when placing an order. For our refund policy, please find this here.

DELIVERY TIMES:

All orders placed before 11am on a business day will receive same day delivery unless sold out prior or otherwise requested.
Orders placed after 11am (or when sold out for same-day) will be delivered the following business day.

All orders leave Floral Anarchy at 12pm each day and will arrive thereafter, depending on your location and the delivery schedule. As a small business, we are unable to guarantee specific delivery times for online orders. All deliveries are completed by 6pm each day.

Please contact Floral Anarchy to confirm specific delivery times and weekend delivery prior to ordering as this may not be seen in your order notes until last minute and will not be fulfilled.

FLOWER COSTS + PRICING:

Floral Anarchy are a premium floral service and provide premium stems obtained from our wholesalers. We do not use bulk foliage and filler flowers to fill out our bouquets for size. Each stem is chosen to suit our aesthetic and is of a premium nature. This is a specific service that we are known for. Please consider this when placing an order

Due to the cost of all flowers rising dramatically, we will continue to reflect any increases in our daily pricing.

Floral Anarchy reserves the right to change prices to reflect any industry changes.

FLOWER CARE:

Floral Anarchy flowers are designed and arranged in line with our signature style and then secured in clear jelly tie to enable them to go straight from paper to vase. We arrange each bunch with care and thought to each stem used in the design. This ensures that the florals are safely secured and will not be crushed together.
Should you choose to cut the jelly tie and rearrange your bouquet, you understand that flowers will lose their design aesthetic and can potentially be damaged due to additional handling.

Each order from Floral Anarchy comes with a care card on how to best handle and keep your flowers. We recommend following this to ensure the longevity of your blooms.

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, the lifespan of each flower will vary.

Please be mindful that the use of indoor heating will affect flowers during winter months.

Delivery fees are automatically added at checkout based on the delivery address.

Please note, if you select 'pick up' as an option, your order will be required to be collected from our Floral Anarchy studio.

OTHER:

Click + collect is available from Floral Anarchy located at Shop 3, 206 The Entrance Road, Erina NSW 2250.
We currently do not deliver outside of the NSW Central Coast perimeter.

Orders requiring specific delivery requests (including either AM or PM) will attract an additional charge. This will be confirmed upon enquiry prior to ordering. Any requests made in the order notes will not be fulfilled unless prior arrangements have been made.

Floral Anarchy chooses the best in-season produce to suit the bunch ordered. Flower varieties and bunch sizes may change slightly depending on climate and availability with growers and sometimes availability is out of our control. In an instance we cannot fulfill certain flowers, we will always substitute with florals of the same caliber + price to suit the colour palette and to also reflect market prices.

All preserved flower bunches use a range of treated stems as well as dried. It is important to understand that all treated stems require chemical treatment in order to achieve this.

Floral Anarchy are still offering contactless delivery where possible.
please ensure you enter the contact number of the person receiving flowers so that we are able to send a text message once their order has been delivered.
